What is the standard check in - check out time ?

Trulyy India follows the standard check in - check out time in all the property that is 12:00 pm check in and 10:00 am check out time, other than that while making your reservations you can confirm your time on the booking voucher given to you.


Do we allow pets to stay on our property ?

We know how much you are attached to your pets but we regret to say that none of our property allows pet accommodation, even if you are arriving with a pet then you have to inform the property in advance so that they could let you know in advance.


Why do room tariffs vary day-to-day ?

Well there are different reasons behind tariff variance, at times due to festivals going around, weekends or festive weekends the rates vary. If you have visited earlier then also in terms of service standards and amenities inclusion, rooms rate may vary.


Is WiFi available in the room or at the hotel premises ?

All our hotels provide WIFI assistance to all our guests in the rooms and other than rooms also you can get access to WIFI in other regions of the premises also, the voucher given to you after booking confirmation have all the available amenities mentioned.


Can I use the Spa area even if we have not made a reservation for a stay in the hotel ?

We feel qualm to say that the Spa facility is only available to the in house guests in all the properties, if you want to experience Spa then at the time of reservations you have to drop a request and with additional charges Spa would be included in your package.


Do you provide pick up drop facilities to guests from Airport / Railway station or Bus Stand ?

Yes do provide the pick up - drop facility to the guests but for that the guests need to drop the request in advance while making a reservation and have to inform the hotel in advance their arrival date / time and the venue from where they want the service.


For how many people I can make a reservation for ? Are bookings for groups possible online ?

We don’t have any strict rules to follow for room reservations, we offer accommodation to single guests also and even if you enquire on online portal for group bookings then also your request would be initiated and confirmations would be done.


Can I cancel only certain parts of my reservations ( for example one of the two rooms booked or extra indulge activities ) ?

We know that the plan changes till the last moments, so yes you can get the cancellations done for particular bookings but then don’t forget to go through the cancellation policy that is been mentioned on your booking voucher. After a certain time period we charge for cancellation too.


Can I book rooms in two different categories with different occupancy ?

Yes definitely you can get yourself room booked in two different categories along with different occupations also but then the tariff charges may vary with the age of the guests and also with the occupancy capacity in each room.


By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?

In case of cancellation, if you have made a booking then you would definitely receive a voucher on which the cancellation policies are mentioned. If you fall under the terms of cancellation then no charges would be deducted but if your dates are not in match with the policy then cancellation is charged.
